I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sears (Columbia, SC) in Jan 2013
Interview
I was recruited by a head hunter, she called and interviewed me and said the office manager would be in touch with me. It was more than a month before I finally got the phone call after I called numerous times.

Question 1
All of the questions were very unrelated to the position. They said it would be easy to make a 6 figure salary and that you'd be home every night to be with your family.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sears
Interview
Straight forward interview. We simply discussed my background and Sears Holdings Corporation. I'm not new to the industry so it was pretty simple. The job was explained. They preset the appointments you drive to them, do a presentation and close. The training is 3 weeks long. That was a bit tough because you don't make much during training but it's a good opportunity if you are willing to put in real work.
Prior to a formal interview there is a phone interview that takes approxatimely 30 minutes. If you do well you will move to a meeting with the District Manager. This is a 100% commission job. If the DM likes you the job is yours. Background check and Drug test required. There is a 3 week training program (paid at minimum wage).
