Sears Sale Associate interview questions

went in and had a sit down interview it was my first time so I was very nervous but the interviewer was cool with it though. unfortunately they passed on me because they needed someone with experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sears They called me in and I interviewed with the Human Resources Lead. I was one of many interviewed that day, and some people actually showed up dressed in street clothes. Of course they weren't hired. Then, I had an interview with one of the Assistant Store Managers. I heard back a few days later and I got the job.
