Interview
When I went in for interview, the manager was a very pleasant person. She mostly asked me about my previous employment history, where I saw myself in 5 years, and why I wanted to work there. One week later, I ended up getting the job.

Interview
I handed in a physical resume to a manager, although it seems they usually have applicants apply online or throw their resume into a large box. I was offered an interview after, off chance, running into a manager while looking for the resume box. When I arrived on the date I learned it was a group interview with myself and 4 others. The interview consisted of a portion where we interviewed each other a presented each others information to the 2 managers. The next part we were asked what were some tasks that could be done when not with a customer - example would be to size clothing racks. The final task of the interview was to go around the store and chose an outfit for one of the managers interviewing us - shoes, clothes and accessories - and then present the choices.
