Sears Merchandise Customer Assistant interview questions

The interviewers were not dressed very professionally. Even for a department store I felt quite overdressed. The interview process mirrored the application survey that takes 30 minutes to complete except my interview took over an hour and included questions that were absolutely irrelevant to the job I applied for.
