Sears Java Developer interview questions

First I got a call from the HR and he asked questions like my salary expectations, my visa status, how many years of experience I have. Then I got a call from the Director after 2 days and he asked me in detail about the workflow in each of the projects that I had worked on, what technologies we used, and why did we use those technologies.

One phone interview + Onsite interview. Phone interview was about the some fundamental concept of java, spring, hibernate etc. Onsite interview had more questions and asked you to write some code.
