Interview
The interview was a group interview of approximately 40+ potential employees. After all of the candidates were gathered they were divided and shared with the different employers which were then followed by a group interview. The group interview involved questions and activities to demonstrate our skills and suitability for the position. Once the interview was conducted, the employer would call out a list of names chosen to become a part of the Sears team.
