Sears interview questions

I applied online, around 10pm at night. By 11am the next morning, I was contacted by Sears for an interview. Later that day, I arrived for a quick and basic interview and was offered a job on the spot.

It was what one would expect when getting hired by a big box company. Put on your best smile and try to answer the questions honestly. Because retail sales seems to be a revolving door, I don't think they are overly picky on who they hire. of course if you can pass the drug test and answer with common sense you should have no problems.
