Sears interview questions

The day I went for my interview the manager was on vacation, but the person who interviewed me was real polite and straightforward with me. We went over many scenarios and all that it really takes is that you’re knowledgeable of what you’re selling

There were 3 rounds of interview and all of them were technical. 1st round was a telephonic interview with the Hiring Manager, most of the questions were on the basic fundamentals 2nd round was also telephonic and purely technical 3rd round of interview can be video conference or they may call you to the campus.
