Sears interview questions

It had 4 rounds of interview .Telephonic, Technical, Technical+Managerial, HR . Then i got the offer letter within 2 weeks. In Telephonic they asked very basic question about Servicenow. In Technical he asked few of the same questions but in depth and some scenario based questions. Then in Managerial he asked about my Project and my roles and responsibility and explained about their requirement and asked some of the technical questions as well.

The interview was 1 on 1 with the manager of that specific department. It was very straight forward and to the point. There wasn't any beating around the bush because they just wanted to see if you were fit for their team.
