Sears interview questions

The interview was quick and it was in a group setting. There were about eight of us and someone from human resources asking the questions. They selected some of us to be sales associates, or cashiers, and the others of us went to be merchandise assistants

Like any other company, nothing stood out. Basic questions were asked about background, skill sets and past experiences. Be truthful in what is mentioned on the resume and what you say because they can verify if required.
