I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Virginia Beach, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and mainly asked questions about my personality and character. When I arrived I only waited for about 5 minutes and was then brought into the administrative office. The interview was there and probably lasted no more than fifteen minutes. I met about three different office personnel at that time.

Question 1
What are the 4 pillars of Object Oriented Programming?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Hyderabad) in Nov 2017
Interview
First & foremost, it was an interview for a email marketing guy.
I got a call from consultancy and told that this is the position for Digital Marketing with experience in SEO, HTML, CSS, SQL, Adobe CC etc for Hyderabad location.
The person on phone wasn't able to brief about the actual profile. However, I said yes and asked to drop a mail with full JD and I find out this is the role for email marketing specialist, I acknowledged though.
The interview got scheduled after a week and I went to attend the F2F interview on scheduled time & day and they told me that the Interviewer is not present at the moment so would you be fine for an Skype interview. Wow such a pleasant & professional experience, isn't ?
Later, they arranged Skype interview and the best part is they asked me to forward resume soft copy so that they can forward it to concerned person. Oh wait, did I told you that the telephone was used for voice and Skype for video seperately. I must say even marriage caterers does better preparation.
Jokes apart, the interview started with questions related to academic and mostly work experience. In conversation, he told me about the profile and revealed this is only e-mail designing, managing and analysis role which also requires you to be good at SQL for database management and analysis.
In the end he asked me about my current & expected CTC and how quickly can I join if selected.
Overall, it was bad and unprofessional. I don't understand what is the need to specify the designation 'Digital Marketing Analyst' when the actual role is just email marketing. Somebody should tell'em that there is a big difference in Digital Marketing Analyst & Email Marketing Analyst profile.
