Sears interview questions

It was easy and more of a conversation with the person that I was speaking with. Very friendly person and made it very comfortable. the company seems like one that really cares about their employees.

There were two interviews. They consisted of a screen and department interview set. The overall process I felt to be fair. This was years ago, but it seemed to be established as part of their cultural history. I hoped this was helpful. Thank you.
