Sears interview questions

Easy interview with manager and assistant manager. Asked about work schedule/ work load and how many hours a week I wanted to work. Very flexible with my college schedule. Only had the one interview and was hired immediately. From there they did a routine background check and I was able to start working soon after.

Had an interview with store manager went great. Then interviewed with district manager. Back ground and drug test. Talked to personal manager for new hire paper. Walk the department I was to take over with Store Manager
