I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Sears
Interview
They made me sit a lot, the interview was based on my resume rather than the projects which I have worked. The interviewers were less interested in projects and rather interested in definition relation answers related to the graduation degree. I am an experienced candidate and not always remember the definition part or the study oriented issues which I have done long back. As I was cofused after listening to these questions I could not give answers clearly in later part of the interview.
Two interviews, group and alone, took a few days to hear back from them, simple questions about sales experience, most were easy-going, just be vocal and present, dress accordingly
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sears (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview includes listening to 15 minutes of phone calls, followed by answering troubleshooting questions, fairly easy, and you are expected to be ready to commit to your schedule for at least 90 days before being able to take any personal day.
