Sears interview questions

Super easy and just one hour. I sat in a room with three people and we just talked about experience and life. No difficult questions. Just standard interview questions about experience and life

I showed up for my interview on time and was told the position was already filled. Manager acted like she wasn't expecting me. No one even bothered to call or email me within the entire week that the position was already filled. So ridiculous. I don't recommend applying, this company is dying anyway.
