First interview was conducted by the Store Manager with very basic general questions about strengths and weaknesses, be able to provide a customer service experience, greatest accomplishment, and methods of management.
Second Interview was a phone panel interview, consisting of 4 other store managers asking very tricky questions. Questions included name the type of person you have trouble working with, name a time that your own values were tested and how did you handle the situation, and again the 3 strengths and weaknesses question. The toughest question for me was when they asked me to define the word conducive and apply it to my previous work experience.
Third interview was with the district manager, and he asked very general questions, was very direct and to the point. He didnt ask any typical questions, and allowed me to do most of the talking and question asking.
HINT: Do your reasearch on the company's history and come prepared to every interview with a resume. Do not try to fluff your way through the interview, becuase it will not work and they will even call you out on it.
