Sears interview questions

Made a phone call to my local store in the Human Resources department. Was offered an interview based on my brief conversation and online application. Arrived for the interview and was given a brief overview of the position in Appliance sales. Position is based on 100 percent commission with incentives for increased sales on customer services. Scheduled a second interview.

I did the testing online for management, went in and was interviewed by four separate people before hired for position. Things they look for is clean dress, smiles, and confidence in who you are. Do not show up in dirty baggy jeans or sweats and wonder why they turn you away.
