Sears interview questions

The internal interview process was pretty average for a retail location. They asked me questions about my work history and previous salaries and work requirements. They took awhile to get back to be about time-frames for hiring but the store was downsizing and going through a lot of changes so I can understand.

The first interview is with hiring manager and then you wait for call to be invited to a second interview with store manager which they asked behavioral questions. The HR department will give follow up call with an offer for the position if you are the selected candidate.
