Sears interview questions

Asked the typical general questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Had a follow up interview scheduled, but when I came in, they didn't know they had scheduled a follow up and wasted an hour of my time while they were trying to find out. Turns out the offer was already filled but they did not have the decency to inform me that my follow up was supposed to be cancelled.

I was hired through a friend referral and they were in desperate need of more hands. my friend had a great sales reputation and so i was hired based on her work ethics.
