Sears interview questions

My first interview and was treated like an inconvenience. The person conducting my interview took a personal call in the middle of me answering questions. It has always stuck with me. I am truly thankful I was not hired there.

I was asked a few questions. Mainly focused on past experiences, how you can contribute, how to solve a problem with customers and so on. It was a easy job and gained experience.
