Sears interview questions

I applied online, the application process took a while, I actually forgot about it, it took about a month before I was contacted for an interview, I was asked to bring in somethings for background check. The interview was fast, I was asked to fill up an availability form/my schedule, then asked just few questions. The work environment was nice and the staffs were friendly.

The interview process went pretty smoothly. I got called in not long after I applied and went about the process. Both the Sales and Store managers interviewed me and that was it.
