Sears interview questions

I had interviewed with two different managers. The interview process with each manager lasted about an hour. Each of them had different questions bit both times went pretty smooth. There are so many different departments so that may be why they had different questions.

Went online and submitted application of a cashier position. Online application took some time to finish. Got called in for an interview, cashier manager thought i would be better fit in merchandising department and so i interviewed with two of the managers and did not feel pressured and needed to impress them. Interviewers really wanted to know who you are and made sure that you were in the right job field so you loved what you were doing.
