Sears interview questions

I applied online and received a call back the next day asking to come in for an interview. I first interviewed with the Operations ASM and then the Cashier Lead. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and accepted.

Interview was very informal, the interviewee was 30 mins late and was unprepared. Got a second interview immediately Hiring was quick completed with no room for negotiations. Take it or leave it attitude.
