Sears interview questions

Interview depends on the manager, got asked about the brands that the department carried, why I wanted to work in the fashion department, what experience that I had that was relevant. There were couple of behavioural questions, but mostly situational questions and company knowledge questions

I applied online they answered 3 weeks later and she only asked me two questions and I was hired . Easiest interview ever. They really needed help I guess
