Very disorganized, scheduled me for a time and the interviewers did not show up. Then they rescheduled me and the same thing happened. The company is dysfunctional. This happened to me multiple times.

Phone and in person for cosmetics section of the department store. Also group interview with other candidates that was interesting but not competitive just a friendly vibe for a job interview environment that was within the department area too.
