Sears interview questions

Was interviewed by several people (who turned out to be Team Leaders, our direct supervisors) who asked different questions in each stage. If you weren't eliminated you would go straight to signing on. This was in 2014, when the business seemed to be going well, so they could afford to interview with that level of detail.

phone interview with hr, followed by brief interview with general manger. didn't feel like they took me seriously although i was qualified with previous experience...guess i just looked young
