Sears Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

They did not interview me. I met with a manager when I went in to apply and she set up a time to interview me. When I arrived at the interview she just went over what I would be doing in the position and asked when I would be able to start.

This was a joke. They want you to "sell the charge car". If a customer already has a store card have them sign up for the store card with the master card symbol. 1 out of every 10 customers needs to sign up for a card? Joke.
