Sears interview questions

Phone interview of thirty minutes with two teams each. One interview was highly technical and focussed on optimization questions. The other was with the operations team and was about my previous experience

it was a group interview with 5 other people. one by one they asked us all the same questions. lasted about 2 hours long. they asked probably about 4 or 5 questions and graded you based on your answer. afterwards we all got hired. pretty simple interview but can be a little nerve wracking due to the on the spot questions and having to answer around a group of people including the two managers
