Sears interview questions

Once applied online they mailed me for an interview and also called me on phone. Very Basic about various situations, more to access how customer friendly one is. I shared my experience with customers on various situations . The manager were pleasant and very welcoming

One written and Two technical and One hr managerial. My interview was on java and total time of entire process was 4 to 5 hrs. The first round was written, it was MCQ, second and third round were on technical interviews on java and last was on hr.
