I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2011
Interview
very informal, very short, basic questions. the girl wasn't very intelligent herself. I am pretty sure if you can walk and chew gum at the same time, the job is yours. There are a few questions you need to answer regarding specific situations. They range from customer situations and also employee situations.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sears (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2015
Interview
We (about 10 people) came in early morning and sat around all day and waited for interview. Finally, after sitting around in the training for about 4 hours, the manager interviewed 5 people same time during the job career day. After this unusual interview, I sat and waited 4 weeks for back ground check and job acceptance email.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Texas City, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I arrived 10-15min early but when i got there i had to wait an extra 15min because my interviewer was on a lunch break. But despite that little mishap my first interviewer was very nice and the questions was very easy. The second interviewer was also a little late but was very easy as well.
