Sears District Manager interview questions

Very detailed on your current sales and current metric numbers. How would you performance manage the team in order to meet company goals? What if an associate were not performing as they should? What would be the progression process of performance management to achieve goals or remove associate from company?

I was hired when they created the positon, so I was brought on with 100 others. The process took over 1 month. The 1st interview was a web recorded interview. I then had 2 skpye interviews and one face to face.
