Sears CSA interview questions

Very relaxing and easy going. One on one based interview. Saw the store and department I would be working in. Met co workers. Overall very simple process. Easy questions and pass a drug test and could start right away.

go in and talk to a manager basically. The interview went a very tough process. Just making sure you aren't crazy. After I was hired I was able to play a role in who was actually hired by observing them outside the interview and giving my thought because "fit" with our group was very important as well. Overall the experience was fine.
