Sears Apparel Associate interview questions

Placed an application back in September in interviewed Oct. 20th. Interview took 20 min. Described the job description and asked what hours, days, and other positions in available for. The interviewer was very kind and laid back so the interview went really well. I was told that a request for a second interview with a manager would be put in place and to expect a call to schedule the interview. The following day I received an email saying that they pursued other applicants. 😡

Applied online on a Sunday and received a call two hours later to come in for an interview. I went in the same week on a Friday for the interview. The interview process was very comfortable and the manager didn't act as if she had no interest in me. She was genuine and comforting. Just be yourself and show that you are a hard worker and committed to excellence.
