Sears Analyst interview questions

Panel interview - half in the room with me, remainder on the phone. Disconcerting because I couldn't see facial expressions or body language. The people in the room tried to put me at ease. My advice - prepare for all the 'tell me about a project that you're proud of/was your biggest challenge/etc ...' questions. have concise examples to back up your resume bullet points. Be prepared to explain differences in job titles (how you got from one to another), gaps in your resume, differences between one job/company and another.
