Sats interview questions

Very poor time management and could tell there was no Work Life Balance. Interview was originally scheduled for 4pm then shifted to 6pm, and ended at 8pm. Interviewer could have rescheduled to another day but this was not offered.

The interview overall was very practical and not too hard. They will ask basic customer service questions based on airport setting and give you a scenario to gauge how is your customer service skills like.
