Interview
Short interview, general introduction questions, application form to be filled up. Note that this job has 3 months training and 12 months bond. Salary range is about $1300, with make up allowances, uniform allowance etc. The interviewer gave approximately 2 scenarios and asked how I would handle them, explained the job scope, and rostered shift work, the pay package.

Apparently very unstructured selection criteria. Ask u what u think about a poster of a man walking on a tight rope. If your answer does not agree with what the interviewer had in mind, you are out! Thankfully the panel consisted of 3 interviewers. And the other two were more objective. The interviewer seemed to favour candidates who played hockey in school. The said interviewer had since been entrenched.

First interview determine your personality and whether you suit the job or not Standard questions asked. Second with the management was to filter out the ones that they really like and suit their needs. Business questions were asked even though I am from engineering background.
