Santander Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very easy interview process. Over the phone first, then in person. Two weeks later received an offer. Negotiated the salary, then start date was the following month on the 6th.

Muy buen proceso, primero una entrevista con HR, súper agradable parecía más bien una conversación. Luego otra entrevista con el jefe del área, preguntas más situaciones y de tu experiencia previa con ejemplos, muy agradable también. Luego otras dos más con case study’s y role playings para resolver.
