Easy questions like how to deal with difficult clients, if you need help but can’t find any what do you do? All sort of scenario question should be reviewed before attending the interview tho!
was okay, the interviewer was nice and professional, it lasted for about 30 mins but i havent heard back from them and nor the email to inform me the result as well

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
