Was through phone call with HR and it was about the previous experience and stuffs. It was a smooth phone call and they have given time to think and answer each part.
It was very straightforward they just asked competency based questions.The managers want to make sure that you are able to deal with all types of customers and you are are open to learning the new process that are implemented. They might ask you to demonstrate how you deal with tough customers.

screening call, then 1 hour microsoft teams meeting. competency questioned asked as well as questions about your experience working. Pretty straightfoward and relaxed, interview was nice and friendly. All good.
