Santander Customer Service Representative interview questions

I applied online initially, then there were a set of maths tests to take before being offered an interview, then after a brief phone call I was invited to a group interview with a mini solo interview and then offered the job

Did application online, recruiter reached out to me. Spoke to him a little bit then got scheduled to speak to a manager. Nailed my interview, manager even said I'm a yes for him and he would love to hire me. Just for me to get ghosted by them and to receive an email a week later saying the position has been filled.
