I applied online. I interviewed at Santander (Sheffield, Inglaterra) in Aug 2017
Interview
There were 2 main stages of the interview but there telephone screening. First is online assessment and maths test. So up to going to in for the in for the assessment to the site, you do get screened on telephone and get asked basic questions like you doing now? Have you got any holidays coming? Mainly ask about holiday because they don't want you missing training.
Second was at the site in Sheffield which also had 3 stages involved like Role Play, Maths and data accuracy test and then competency face to face interview.
The process took about a week from online assessment up to me going to the second stage at their offices and there were 2 calls in between that week to make sure you still coming and screening.
In face to face interview they want you to use STAR model to answer your questions so that you can give as much detail as possible.

HR gives a basic interview, and if you meet the qualifications they will direct you to the hiring manager. The manager will ask you a series of questions and you will get a call back if you were picked for the job, and you will get a email most likely if you did not obtain the job.
