Phone interview due to Covid, took about 20 minutes, about half of the interview was being given information about the position and the other half was standard customer service interview questions

The interview first started off with a telephone interview, after I was Successful I went on to the assessment day which had a numerical and a verbal test after that it was a one to one interview

It was very quick however they make you wait after the telephone interview and don’t even let you know if you’ve been successful or not I’ve had to email them a number of times
