First of all, I was nervous about my appearence, but there were people with jeans and leather jackets there, so as it turned out, I was quite ok wearing a suit. Everything is in English even though this was in Portugal. We started by doing a very easy written english test, where we had one question and grammar multiple choice. Mine was to write to my supervisor explaing what I did when a drunk passenger was disturbing other passengers in my flight - I just wrote that I tried to calm him down, give him a glass of water, and when that didn't work I spoke with the captain and we landed somewhere to throw him out. They just want to see how well you write, you don't have to know any procedures. The other half of the class got another question - to write to your best friend to explain you career path in the next 5 years. Some people were left behind in this process, like 2 or 3. Next comes the presentation of the company, and then the interview 1:1. The interview lasted 5 minutes, and the guy was extremely nice. My questions were: Why Ryanair and why Cabin Crew. And then we went home and 2 weeks later we knew the result. I maintained contacted with a lot of people and all of them passed - perhaps they were desperate. I passed but refused the offer because Ryanair pays really badly, specially if you choose to pay for the course deducting it from the salary. Good luck!
