I applied online. I interviewed at Ryanair (Venecia) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied in September, I sent my CV together with a covering letter. Then I received an email where they told me that I had been accepted for the assessment day.
There were not so many people (25 more or less). We did an English test (some basic grammar and a letter to write: write a letter to a friend of yours telling him/her about a family's event you had recently attended). Then they called just the people who passed the English test in order to attend an interview. The manager was really nice and friendly and you can easily relax while talking to him.
N.B: I'm waiting for the acceptance or refusal because I had my interview on 3rd October 2017 and they told you in 5/10 days if you are successful or not.
