Very great zoom meeting for the interview. With head from department and HR representative. They said that it went really well and I would be hearing back from them the next week. I was hoping for a new position.
Standard logic and situational judgement tests, then an assessment centre. Interview questions about motivation and what specific part of Rolls Royce you want to work with. Group exercise with other applicants, showing you prioritise getting everyone to participate went down very well.
It was the first stage of interviews and it just involved submiting video answers to questions. You are given 3 mins to answer each question. You do not get to see the questions before they are asked
