they interviewed me via phone. It was interesting. The guy was very friendly and it was a very chill experience. They were very calming and spoke in a nice tone. I was a bit nervous but they were very helpful in remaining calm. The technical questions are a bit of a mad one ngl. Like be careful!! BEWAREEE Nah actually don't worry you will be fine!
There were 3 parts to the assessment centre. A general interview about you, your experiences and why you wanted the role. A technical interview, asking engineering specific questions and a group interview, where you were given a task to complete as a group.
Indepth knowledge about materials properties required, questions involving technical knowledge and general knowledge. Questions about the aerospace field and why you are interested in it. Knowledge about the industry preferred.
