I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Nov 2020
Interview
The Interview was fully online. There was a lovely chatting session at the beginning with members of HR team and other candidates. This was followed by two interviews. Each only had one assessor - different for each interview. The second interview involved a Technical presentation which had to be prepared in advance and some problem solving exercises. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing, interviews felt more like conversation than assessed questions and answers. I have received the answer after about a month.
