Psychometric online tests followed by CV upload and a few standard typed up answers to questions about why you want to do the placement, why Rolls Royce and going over a team working experience. This is followed by an assessment centre which includes a 5 min presentation similar to the typed up questions but also demonstrating your commercial awareness. There is also a group working exercise with other candidates and a competency interview.
