Submit CV and Cover letter. Then invited to take a psychometric test consisting of numerical, verbal and logic puzzles - this is usually automatic before your CV or cover letter get screened. The psychometric tests are challenging and need good, fast maths skills. The verbal tests need you to read paragraphs and answer questions related to them.
