Rolls-Royce interview questions

Submitted the application online. Got the phone interview after 4 weeks, then panel interview with hiring manager and group leader in 3 weeks, had background check and medical examination after 4 weeks. Finally got the office in 1 week.

We have hired an external Recruitment Processing Outsourcing company, Alexander Mann Solutions, to do the end to end process of hiring our employees. Once they've received the job description, a call calibration takes place. Sourcing is done immediately. Sourcers should submit at least 10 long listed candidates to the recruiters where they will be conducting a phone interview. If pass, candidates go to a face to face interview with the hiring manager. If hired on boarding takes place immediately.
